Career Glitch Lab · Bookkeeper
One month in the job. Real proof.
No experience? No problem. You do real bookkeeping tasks here — like a game. You win scenes. You collect proof. Employers can check it.
How it works — super simple
- 1📩 You get a task. A client writes to you. Real numbers. Real mess.
- 2✍️ You do the work. You write the answer right here. That answer is your artifact — your proof of work.
- 3✅ You check your work. A short list tells you what a good answer must have. Tick what is really in yours. All ticked = scene won.
- 4🏆 You earn XP and proof. A won scene flips the same skill on your Watchdog card — done, with your artifact as the proof.
Honest words: this is practice work, not a diploma and not a job promise. It is a record of real tasks, done well, that anyone can check.
The plan — before you start
🎯 What you will learn, and how long it takes
- ⏱Time: 10 scenes. One scene = 15–30 minutes of work. The full month = about 3–5 hours in total. Play it in one day or one scene a day — the game saves where you stopped.
- 🧰You need: basic bookkeeping words (debit, credit, invoice), a laptop, and your email. No paid software. Every number you need is inside the scene.
- 🎓This is for you if: you finished a bookkeeping course or diploma — and every job still asks for "experience". This is where the experience comes from.
Skills you will practice and prove — each one is a line on the Watchdog top-1% checklist, the same list employers ask for:
5 more lines on that checklist — years on the job, a ProAdvisor badge, client reviews, referral partners, community — cannot be faked in a simulator, so the Lab honestly does not sell them. Those come from real work, and your Watchdog keeps track of them.
Your Lab record
Use the same email as your Watchdog card and passed scenes flip its checklist automatically. Scene 1 is free to try right away — saving asks for the email, nothing else.

Play them in order — 1, 2, 3… Like levels in a game. Each level is one real task from a bookkeeper's desk.
